This full-time role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and reservation software, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service, concierge, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors professionally and warmly.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information on amenities and services.
• Answer and route calls, emails, and resident requests promptly.
• Assist with amenity and dining reservations and event registrations.
• Manage access requests and guest lists using community software.
• Maintain organized concierge areas and protect confidentiality.
