Job summary

The Lake Club in Bradenton, FL, part of Troon, seeks a Front Desk Attendant (Concierge) to deliver exceptional resident-focused service. You will greet residents, manage inquiries, assist with reservations, and support events in a luxury community environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in customer service or hospitality, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation software. Evening/weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service, hospitality, administrative, concierge, HOA, or residential community experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email, and internet-based software.
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize community management and reservation software systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, prospective homeowners, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Serve as a primary information resource for residents regarding amenities, events, policies, and services.
• Answer, screen, and direct calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist residents with amenity reservations, dining reservations, event registrations, and general clubhouse inquiries.
• Monitor and manage access requests, visitor information, and guest lists using community software.
• Maintain concierge work areas, displays, brochures, and materials in an organized manner.
