Job summary

The Lake Club in Bradenton, FL is seeking a friendly Front Desk Attendant (Concierge) to greet residents, guests, and vendors, and support daily community operations in a luxury residential setting.

This role requires strong customer service, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and community management software; a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year in customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience in concierge, country club, HOA, or residential community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors professionally.
• Answer and direct calls and inquiries promptly.
• Assist with amenity and dining reservations and event registrations.
• Manage resident access requests and guest lists.
• Maintain concierge work areas and displays.
