Job summary

FirstService Residential in Atlanta seeks a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and visitors at high-end properties, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues with poise.

Part-time role, 24 hours per week (Sat, Sun and Tuesday). Must have strong English communication, prior front-desk or customer service experience, and ability to handle packages and patrol the property. Mandarin or Cantonese are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset
• At least one year of direct/in person Customer Service Experience is required
• Excellent written and oral command of the English language is necessary in order to be able to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with our clients and our support staff.
• Mandarin and Cantonese will be an asset
