Qualifications

• Two years of hospitality or upscale customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents and visitors with a pleasant attitude.
• Exceed expectations with anticipatory service and smooth accommodations.
• Cultivate relationships with residents, vendors and contractors.
• Log guest packages accurately and manage inventory audits.
• Monitor lobby, cameras, and patrol property for safety.
• Coordinate amenities requests including transportation, move-ins, reservations, etc.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude, even under pressure.
