Qualifications

• 2 years of room Reservations experience in luxury property preferred.
• Knowledge of PMS/Opera; housekeeping knowledge a plus.
• Strong organizational skills to handle high workload.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Maintain guest-centric experience and inter-department communication.
• Comply with head office database requirements.
