The Peninsula Chicago is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator for our Rooms Division, delivering exceptional guest service on Michigan Avenue. You will support seamless guest experiences, uphold Peninsula and Forbes standards, and coordinate with departments to ensure a flawless guest journey.

The ideal candidate has luxury front desk experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with Opera PMS.

Qualifications

• 2 years of front desk experience in a luxury property.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of all Guest Relations responsibilities.
• Maintain adherence to Peninsula and Forbes standards.
• Collaborate with all departments to create a guest-centric experience.
• Ensure efficient handover and compliance with Head Office database requirements.
