The Global Ambassador Hotel in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver Forbes Five-Star service from check-in to checkout. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure a memorable stay.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1+ year of front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Luxury hotel and/or Forbes Five-Star standard experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with hotel or reservation software.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
