Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries by phone, email, and online channels with warmth and urgency.
• Create, modify, and manage reservations in Opera and communicate confirmations clearly.
• Know Palm House offerings and upsell packages and experiences when appropriate.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure personalized guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and capture preferences for future visits.
• Support VIP reservations and special arrangements with discretion and care.
