Job summary

The Global Ambassador Hotel in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Reservations Sales Agent to deliver personalized service from our centralized guest service center. You will manage inquiries, reservations and communications while upholding luxury standards across the hotel, spa and dining experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in luxury hospitality, strong communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of luxury hospitality experience.
• Experience with guest services and reservations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a single point of contact for guests via phone, text, email and other channels.
• Manage guest requests and inquiries with timely follow-through.
• Handle hotel, spa and dining reservations and upsell services.
• Operate the hotel's PBX and telecommunications systems.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Spa, F&B, Housekeeping and other teams.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services and local attractions.
• Document guest preferences and interactions in hotel systems.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on guest satisfaction.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
