Job summary

The Lodge at Primland, Auberge Collection in Meadows of Dan, Virginia, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to bridge sales and marketing efforts and elevate the brand experience for guests. You will help coordinate sales initiatives, assist with campaigns, host inspections, and manage reservations while maintaining accurate CRM records.

You will support reporting, guest follow-up, and cross-functional collaboration across Reservations, Front Office, and F&B to ensure exceptional guest

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales initiatives and assist with scheduling, correspondence, and reporting.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns that resonate with our guests.
• Host property tours and Discovery visits for the sales team.
• Coordinate reservations and room requests, upgrades, and special arrangements.
• Maintain CRM, leads, commissions, and client information accurately.
• Track booking details, rates, availability, and deadlines; share updates with the team.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, F&B and other departments.
• Support reporting and office operations and ensure timely guest follow-up.
