Confidential Hires is seeking a Sales Associate – Ready-to-Wear for a luxury boutique in Miami Beach. The role focuses on delivering an elevated shopping experience through personalized service, strong product knowledge, and proactive clienteling.

You will build lasting client relationships, drive sales with complete looks, and stay informed on collections, fabrics, fit, and style details. Flexibility for weekends and events is required.

Formación

• Previous experience in luxury fashion, premium ready-to-wear, or high-end retail preferred.
• Strong interest in fashion, styling, and luxury customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and provide personalized service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Professional demeanor, flexibility, and a proactive approach to daily responsibilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems, clienteling tools, and inventory procedures is an advantage.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events as required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a personalized, elevated shopping experience by understanding each client's needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up, and consistent engagement.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities, presenting complete looks, recommending complementary pieces, and introducing new collections.
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of ready-to-wear collections, fabrics, fit, construction, sizing, and styling options.
• Communicate product features, quality, craftsmanship, and design details effectively.
• Maintain accurate client profiles, preferences, purchase histories, and contact information in accordance with company procedures.
• Conduct thoughtful follow-up with clients regarding purchases, new arrivals, special requests, and upcoming collections.
• Proactively identify opportunities to reconnect with existing clients and develop new client relationships.
