Crown Residential is seeking an Assistant Service Supervisor in Pompano Beach, FL. The role involves mentoring service teammates, maintaining luxurious property appearance, and assisting in management tasks with the Service Supervisor.

You will handle on-site maintenance, safety, and vendor relations while ensuring compliance with policies and housing laws. A strong customer-service mindset and willingness to work flexible hours are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I required.
• Bachelor or Teammates degree preferred.
• EPA/CFC and CPO certifications preferred.
• NATE certification beneficial.
• HVAC certification beneficial.
• 1–2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in multi-family/hospitality settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Service Supervisor and Property Director in hiring, inspecting, counseling and staffing as directed by Regional Director.
• Promote safety initiatives and educate Teammates on safe, productive operations.
• Regularly inspect common areas and building systems; train Teammates accordingly.
• Schedule service requests and ensure proper data entry in systems.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance for on-call rotations.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting tasks as needed.
• Repair structures such as showers, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and exteriors.
• Train Teammates on Crown Residential procedures and policies through mentorship.
• Prepare and inspect apartments for move-in readiness after vacancy.
• Assist with preventative maintenance for pools, parking lots, common areas, and exteriors.
• Report hazards to supervisors when appropriate.
• Monitor inventory of equipment, supplies, and tools for safety and security.
• Respond promptly to service requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Ensure work complies with Crown Residential policies and Fair Housing Laws.
• Monitor building systems with focus on electrical and fire safety.
• Adhere to Crown Residential procedures and standards in all work.
• Make recommendations for property performance, needs, and safety.
• Keep common areas clean, well serviced, and safe.
• Complete all scheduled work on time; coordinate special projects as directed.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.
