Job summary

Crown Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Service Supervisor to mentor service teammates, oversee operations, and maintain a luxurious, safe property environment. The role involves hands-on maintenance and collaboration with the Service Supervisor, Property Director, and vendors to ensure high standards and resident satisfaction.

You will train teammates, schedule service requests, perform 24-hour emergency maintenance on a rotating basis, and help manage safety initiatives and building

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I certification required.
• Preferred: HVAC/maintenance experience in multi-family or hospitality settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Supervisor and Property Director in staffing and promotions.
• Promote safety and educate teammates on safe operations.
• Inspect common areas and building systems and train staff on fixes.
• Schedule service requests and manage data entries.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance on on-call rotations.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting tasks as needed.
• Train teammates on Crown Residential procedures and policies.
• Prepare apartments for move-in readiness after vacancy.
• Inspect pools, parking lots, and exteriors for preventative maintenance.
• Respond to service requests promptly to satisfy residents.
