Crown Residential, LLC. seeks an Assistant Service Supervisor to maintain a luxurious property and a safe environment. You will mentor Service Teammates and assist the Service Supervisor while mastering equipment knowledge.

You will help hire, train, schedule, and move-in readiness tasks, and participate in preventative maintenance. A valid driver's license and weekend availability are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required with HVAC knowledge.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I certification required.
• Preferred HVAC certifications and higher education in building maintenance.
• Experience in multi-family or hospitality maintenance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Service Supervisor and Property Director in staffing and promotions.
• Promote safety initiatives and train teammates on safety best practices.
• Inspect common areas and building systems and address issues.
• Coordinate service requests and on-call emergency maintenance.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks as needed.
• Train teammates on Crown Residential procedures and policies.
• Prepare apartments for move-in readiness after vacancy.
• Support preventative maintenance for pools, lots, and exteriors.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and internal standards.
