Job summary

Crown Residential is seeking an Assistant Service Supervisor to maintain a luxurious property appearance and safe environment. The role involves mentoring Service Teammates, performing maintenance duties, and developing vendor relationships.

You will assist in staffing, safety education, and on-call maintenance, while ensuring compliance with Crown Residential procedures and Fair Housing Laws. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Supervisor and Property Director in hiring, inspecting, counseling and promoting staff as directed by leadership.
• Promote safety initiatives and educate teammates on safe, productive practices.
• Inspect common areas and building systems; report issues and train teammates.
• Schedule service requests and ensure entries in data systems.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance on-call coverage and reliable service.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting tasks as needed.
• Repair and maintain showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and exteriors.
