Crown Residential, LLC is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead maintenance Teammates, ensure safe and high-quality living environments, and oversee move-in readiness. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, budgeting, and staff development to save costs while maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate will manage on-site operations, coordinate with the Property Director, and maintain Crown Residential standards across common areas, apartments, and exteriors while upholding OSHA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I required.
• Experience in maintenance supervisory role in multi-family/hospitality preferred.
• Certifications: CFC/EPA, CPO, NATE, HVAC.

Responsabilités

• Establish and manage a team of qualified and trained Teammates.
• Assist Property Director in hiring, inspecting, counseling and promoting staff as directed by the Regional Director.
• Maintain a safe working environment and educate Teammates on safe procedures.
• Inspect common areas to ensure they are safe, clean, and well serviced and meet Crown Residential Standards.
• Schedule maintenance for apartments, pools, parking lots, building exteriors, common areas, etc.
• Respond to service requests promptly to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance on-call coverage.
• Oversee service follow-ups and team performance.
• Prepare and inspect apartments for move-in readiness after vacancy.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and Equal Housing Opportunity.
