Job summary

Grand View Lodge is seeking a polished Facilities & Property Operations Manager to lead maintenance and operational excellence across a portfolio of managed properties throughout the resort. You will serve as the primary contact for homeowners, coordinating maintenance, supervising teams, and ensuring high standards that reflect Grand View Lodge’s luxury reputation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facilities management, property management, resort operations, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of residential building systems; HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pools, appliances, and preventative maintenance.
• Proven experience managing projects, vendors, and budgets in a multi-property environment.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with homeowners and teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with property management or work order systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and overall condition of managed residential properties to luxury standards.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs and inspections.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal maintenance teams; manage work orders and schedules.
• Maintain homeowner relations, track expenses, and prepare invoices and documentation.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for managed properties.
