Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the daily operations of our luxury property’s Housekeeping department, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will inspect guest rooms and public areas, coach and develop the housekeeping team, manage schedules and training, and collaborate with the Director of Housekeeping to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of housekeeping experience in a luxury resort.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; reading and writing required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas ensuring exceptional service.
• Manage housekeeping team including mentoring and training.
• Collaborate with Director of Housekeeping; support daily operations.
• Use Workday and recruiting systems for staffing and records.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop colleagues for effectiveness.
• Ensure safe working conditions through training.
