Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ residential leasing and/or management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading/writing English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing, maintenance, and service activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee collections, posting, and deposits of rental payments; manage evictions as needed.
• Prepare and understand financial, leasing, and weekly reports; handle bonds and rent programs paperwork.
