RHO Residential, LLC is seeking a Director of Operations in Bayonne, NJ to supervise leasing, maintenance and service activities, ensuring superior customer service and efficient operations. The role leads a team and acts with authority on operational matters beyond the manual.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in property management leadership, strong sales/marketing knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree suggested but not required.
• 3–5 years of management experience in property management or related field.
• Ability to read and write English fluently and perform advanced business math.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance; Real Estate License when required by state.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve the highest possible Net Operating Income through cost control and revenue improvement programs.
• Provide a full complement of high-quality staff via recruitment, training, motivation and development.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and sales/marketing plans and convey data to the Supervisor.
• Direct efforts to maximize rental income, achieve high occupancy and competitive pricing.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and property compliance maintained.
• Supervise maintenance to keep physical aspects functional, safe and attractive.
• Direct daily property activities to maintain resident goodwill and strong customer service.
• Identify and implement programs to increase property value and services for residents.
• Participate in meetings to set goals and respond to needs and objectives.
• Monitor and report deadlines; prepare monthly reports.
