RHO Residential LLC in Jersey City is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee residential properties, coordinating leasing, maintenance, and service activities to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The role reports to the Director of Operations, requires at least 2 years in residential leasing/management, a high school diploma (bachelor preferred), strong people skills, and a valid driver’s license. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 annually.

Mansioni

• Handle all collections, posting and deposits of rental payments.
• Perform evictions on delinquent residents.
• Prepare and analyze financial, leasing, and weekly reports.
• Manage bonds, affordable, or state rent program paperwork and reporting.
• Ensure model units and leasing office are appealing and marketable.
• Maintain smooth property office operations in the absence of the manager.
