• Develop yearly budgets and sales/marketing plans and report data to supervisors.
• Direct leasing activities to maximize occupancy and competitive pricing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supervise maintenance teams to keep units functional, safe, and presentable.
• Provide high-quality customer service and maintain resident goodwill.
• Train and supervise staff in daily operations and reporting.
