Job summary

RHO Residential is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee leasing and maintenance operations for a luxury residential property in Montvale, NJ. You will supervise on-site staff, ensure top-tier customer service, and act as the authority in the Director of Operations’ absence.

Requirements include a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and at least 2 years of residential leasing/management experience. A valid driver’s license is required to drive between properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ residential leasing/management experience.
• Excellent management and communication skills; strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, maintenance and service activities via supervisors.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is maintained at all times.
• Act as authority in absence of the Director of Operations.
• Handle collections, postings and deposits of rental payments.
• Perform evictions on delinquent residents and manage reports.
