Job summary

RHO Residential, a premier property management company, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee a residential property and supervise leasing, maintenance, and service activities. You will ensure an exceptional level of customer service and act as the authority when the Director of Operations is absent.

Candidates need a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), 2+ years of residential leasing or management experience, and strong management, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ residential leasing and/or management experience required.
• Ability to read and write English fluently and perform basic to intermediate math functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection, posting and deposits of all rental payments.
• Perform evictions on delinquent residents as needed.
• Complete all financial, leasing, and weekly reports.
• Execute bonds, affordable, or state-mandated rent program paperwork and reporting.
• Ensure models and leasing office are appealing and marketable.
• Maintain organized property office in the manager’s absence.
