Job summary

RHO Residential, LLC seeks a Director of Operations to oversee residential properties in the West New York area. You will manage leasing, maintenance, and service activities through supervisors, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to the Operating Manual.

The role requires 3–5 years of property management leadership, a valid driver’s license, and a strong background in budgeting, marketing, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. College degree suggested but not required.
• Ability to read and write English fluently and perform advanced business math functions.
• Previous management experience in property management or related field requested (3–5 years).

Responsibilities

• Achieve highest possible Net Operating Income through cost control and revenue improvement.
• Provide a high-quality staff through recruitment, training, motivation and development.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and sales/marketing plans with timely reporting to Supervisor.
• Direct sales and marketing efforts to maximize rental income, occupancy, and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and maintain property safety and appeal.
• Supervise maintenance and vendor relations to keep units ready for occupancy.
