Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, maintenance, and service activities across the property to ensure high occupancy and NOI.
• Develop and manage budgets, staff, and vendor relationships.
• Lead on-site operations and ensure exceptional resident service and compliance with policies.
• Direct and implement sales and marketing plans to maximize rental income.
