The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of property management leadership, strong sales and marketing insight, and a track record of driving NOI through cost control and revenue strategies. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree suggested but not required.
• Ability to read and write English fluently and perform advanced business math.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the highest possible Net Operating Income through cost control and revenue improvement.
• Provide high-quality staff through recruitment, training, motivation and development.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and sales/marketing plans and convey data to the Supervisor.
