Job summary

RHO Residential in Jersey City, NJ, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee residential properties, led by subordinate supervisors in leasing, maintenance, and service activities. You will ensure exceptional customer service and act as the authority in the absence of the Director of Operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), fluent English, and at least 2 years in residential leasing/management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Real Estate License when required by state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection, posting and deposit of rental payments.
• Perform evictions on delinquent residents.
• Prepare and review financial, leasing, and weekly reports.
• Handle bonds, affordable, or state-mandated rent program paperwork.
• Ensure leasing office and models are appealing and marketable.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure property operations run smoothly.
