Job summary

RHO Residential seeks an Operations Manager to oversee a luxury apartment community located at Portside at East Pier Drive I & II. You will supervise leasing, maintenance and service activities and ensure exceptional customer service.

This role acts as the authority in the absence of the Director of Operations and requires at least 2 years of residential leasing/management, a high school diploma, and strong communication, organization and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in residential leasing/management.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all rental payments and deposits.
• Perform evictions on delinquent residents.
• Prepare financial, leasing, and weekly reports.
• Handle bonds, affordable or state-mandated rent programs paperwork.
• Ensure models and leasing office are appealing and marketable.
• Oversee office operations in the absence of the manager.
• Lease apartments and sell property services; develop sales skills.
• Explain lease documents to residents.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for on-site maintenance.
