RHO Residential, LLC is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee residential property management duties across New Jersey. You will lead leasing, maintenance and service activities through supervisors to ensure top customer service and compliant operations.

The role requires 3-5 years of property management leadership, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Compensation ranges $80,000–$90,000 with comprehensive benefits and a people-first approach.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in reading and writing English; ability to perform advanced business math.
• 3-5 years of management experience in property management or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve the highest possible Net Operating Income through cost control and revenue enhancement.
• Provide high-quality staff via recruitment, training, motivation and development.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and sales/marketing plans; report data timely to supervisor.
• Direct efforts to implement a sales and marketing plan to maximize rental income and occupancy.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed; supervise maintenance to keep units ready for occupancy.
• Direct daily property activities to maintain resident goodwill and strong customer service orientation.
• Identify and implement programs to increase property value and resident services.
• Train and supervise employees in daily computer functions and reporting.
