• Minimum 3–5 years in property maintenance, hospitality, or related field.
• Luxury/high-end residential experience preferred.
• Strong handyperson skills with troubleshooting ability.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the community.
• Electrical troubleshooting and basic repairs (lighting, outlets, fixtures).
• Carpentry, painting, and surface touch-ups as needed.
• Basic irrigation repairs and adjustments (sprinkler heads, valves, timers).
• Pressure washing sidewalks, buildings, amenities, and common areas.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs and safety checks.
• Maintain tools and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and management.
