Responsibilities include electrical troubleshooting, carpentry, painting, irrigation adjustments, and pressure washing, with weekend coverage as scheduled.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property maintenance or related experience.
• Experience in luxury residential environments preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the community.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform basic repairs.
• Carpentry work for minor repairs and installations.
• Paint interior and exterior touch-ups.
• Irrigation repairs and controller/timer adjustments.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, buildings, amenities, and common areas.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with supervisors and management.
