Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections across properties.
• Respond to resident service requests and prioritize urgent repairs.
• Maintain accurate work orders, parts inventory and safety compliance records.
• Coordinate with contractors for complex repairs and ensure timely completion.
• Adhere to safety protocols and building codes.
