Job summary

The Lake Club in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Full-Time Property Maintenance Specialist to support daily upkeep and appearance of an exclusive private residential community. This hands-on role requires versatile multiskill maintenance with a focus on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in property maintenance or related fields, with comfort across electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and irrigation tasks. Weekend readiness and dependable teamwork are valued traits.

Qualifications

3–5 years of property maintenance or related experience.
Experience in luxury residential environments preferred.
General knowledge of electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and basic irrigation systems.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community.
Electrical troubleshooting and basic repairs (lighting, outlets, fixtures).
Carpentry work: minor repairs, adjustments, installations.
Painting and surface prep, interior and exterior touch-ups.
Irrigation: basic repairs and adjustments (sprinkler heads, valves, controllers).
Pressure washing of sidewalks, buildings, amenities, and common areas.
Assist with preventive maintenance programs.
Assist with basic security gate repairs.
Clay tennis court maintenance.
Respond to maintenance requests and provide weekend coverage as scheduled.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas; communicate with supervisors.
