Job summary

The Lake Club in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Full-Time Property Maintenance Specialist to uphold the community’s high standards through hands-on maintenance, safety, and attentive resident service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of property maintenance experience, preferably in luxury environments, with skills across electrical, carpentry, painting, irrigation and pressure washing. Valid driver’s license required; weekend coverage as scheduled.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in property maintenance or related field.
• Experience in luxury residential environments preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the community.
• Electrical troubleshooting and basic repairs, including lighting and outlets.
• Carpentry, painting, and touch-ups as needed.
• Basic irrigation adjustments and sprinkler maintenance.
• Pressure washing of sidewalks and buildings.
• Assist with safety checks and documentation.
