Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property maintenance or related experience.
• Experience in luxury residential environments preferred.
• General knowledge of electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and basic irrigation systems.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community.
• Electrical troubleshooting and basic repairs (lighting, outlets, fixtures).
• Carpentry work: minor repairs, adjustments, installations.
• Painting and surface prep, interior and exterior touch-ups.
• Irrigation: basic repairs and adjustments (sprinkler heads, valves, controllers).
• Pressure washing of sidewalks, buildings, amenities, and common areas.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs.
• Assist with basic security gate repairs.
• Clay tennis court maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance requests and provide weekend coverage as scheduled.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas; communicate with supervisors.

This is a hands‑on role requiring a versatile, self‑motivated professional with strong general maintenance and handyperson experience.

The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works independently across a wide range of tasks, and demonstrates a professional demeanor with a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and exceptional resident service. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the communitys high standards and ensuring a safe, well‑maintained environment.

Experience:

• - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property maintenance, hospitality, or a related field
• - Experience in luxury or high‑end residential environments preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community.
• - Electrical troubleshooting and basic repairs, including landscape lighting, outlets, and fixtures.
• - Carpentry work includes minor repairs, adjustments, and installations.
• - Painting and surface preparation, including interior and exterior touch‑ups.
• - Basic irrigation repairs and adjustments (sprinkler heads, valves, controllers/timers)
• - Pressure washing of sidewalks, buildings, amenities, and common areas.
• - Assist with preventative and proactive maintenance programs.

• - Respond to common area‑related maintenance requests and provide weekend coverage as scheduled.
• - Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

• - Technical Skills
• - Strong handyperson skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problem‑solve.
• - Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
• - Experience using pressure washing equipment preferred.
