Southern Land Company is seeking a full-time Service Manager for our Luxury Active Adults-Plus Flagship in Franklin, TN. You will oversee maintenance operations, manage a service team, and ensure resident satisfaction while controlling costs within budget parameters.

The role requires extensive experience in HVAC, plumbing, and building systems, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Must be reliable, professional, and able to coordinate with vendors and staff.

Qualifikationen

• HVAC, Plumbing, EMS/BAS knowledge required.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Experience maintaining buildings and safety compliance.

Aufgaben

• Maintain resident request and work order records.
• Monitor community condition and safety, install required devices and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and other building systems.
• Manage budget adherence and supervise staff and contractors.
• Assist in hiring, budgeting, and safety policy enforcement.
• Provide 24-hour emergency coverage as needed.
• Oversee make-readies and routine maintenance.
