Qualifications

• EPA Certification required
• Minimum of 5 yrs experience in property management
• High school diploma required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and train maintenance staff
• Solid knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance tasks and supervise staff on site
• Respond to resident service requests within 24 hours when possible
• Maintain safety programs, MSDS, OSHA compliance and safety training
• Keep preventive maintenance records and reports for budget tracking
• Schedule and perform routine maintenance and inspect tools
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances
• Monitor grounds, inventory parts, and vendor coordination
