Job summary

Kairoi Residential in Scottsdale seeks a Service Manager to lead maintenance across a luxury multifamily community. You will oversee plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair to ensure the highest quality and timely response to resident requests.

You will manage a maintenance team, set preventative programs, control costs, supervise vendors, and ensure safety compliance. EPA/HVAC knowledge, OSHA rules, and a customer‑focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of apartment maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Proven experience in leading maintenance teams.
• EPA and HVAC certifications are required.
• OSHA safety knowledge is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and ensure high standards of quality and functionality.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Manage the maintenance budget and identify cost savings.
• Supervise maintenance team and provide guidance and training.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and oversee make-ready process.
• Inspect property and coordinate vendor/contractor work.
• Ensure safety compliance and manage inventory of tools and supplies.
