Job summary

Hanover Company in Bala Cynwyd, PA is seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to maintain luxury apartment communities on the Main Line. You will oversee on-site maintenance tasks, perform preventive work, and ensure safety and quality standards across the property.

You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor, complete readies and inspections, respond to service requests, and coordinate with teams to keep operations efficient and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
• Knowledge of general maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical, and pool equipment.
• Experience with safety programs and property management standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance tasks, make readies, and inspections.
• Follow safety programs and document issues in property management software.
• Complete logs, weekly and monthly reports to ensure QA standards.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing property operations and basic repairs.
• Respond to service requests and on-call communications.
• Represent property professionally and ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate with Global Service and Support Team to improve operations.
