The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintenance and demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire and develop the team to meet brand standards while providing an excellent resident experience.

Compensation starts at $80,000/year with benefits including a positive work environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to five years of maintenance or construction experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team.
• Multifamily real estate or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities
