Klein is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a luxury apartment community in Philadelphia, PA. The role leads the day‑to‑day maintenance operations, supervising technicians and grounds staff to ensure safe, efficient, and attractive living spaces.

You will manage preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and budget oversight while upholding high standards of resident satisfaction and compliance with housing laws.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance leadership experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid PA/NJ/FL Driver’s License.
• HVAC/CFC Certification.
• Strong working knowledge of building systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry).
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance and grounds team and set daily priorities.
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance and apartment turns.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and contracted services.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and approve invoices.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and timely payroll/records.
