Job summary

Hanover Company is seeking experienced Leasing Consultants for their luxury apartment community at Hanover Bala Cynwyd in Bala Cynwyd, PA. You will assist with tours, lease processing, and resident relations while managing the Entrata dashboard and supporting property-wide operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and respond professionally to residents and prospects.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with meeting deadlines.
• Attention to detail, especially in written communication (spelling/grammar).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service in all interactions with prospects and residents.
• Conduct tours, answer inquiries, and guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Manage Entrata dashboard to ensure timely follow-ups and addressed interactions daily.
• Understand lease documents and ensure completion prior to resident move-in with final approval from Property Manager.
• Support marketing relationships to enhance leasing traffic.
• Assist with advertising material preparation and planning under the guidance of the Property Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of market rental rates, concessions, and occupancy trends.
• Assist with property upkeep and curb appeal.
• Conduct daily inspections of model units and tour paths to maintain a welcoming appearance.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a safe environment.
