Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Plano, TX to oversee maintenance operations and lead a team dedicated to luxury living experiences. This role focuses on safety, reliability, and high-quality resident services at our properties.

As the leader of the maintenance team, you will schedule tasks, manage resources, and oversee advanced repairs while ensuring compliance with codes and safety policies. Strong customer service and on-call availability are essential.

Qualifications

4+ years in custodial/maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance work.
Valid driver's license.
HVAC (CFC certifications required or willingness to learn).
Ability to work on-call rotation with the team.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the maintenance team, providing guidance in daily tasks and projects.
Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities with efficient resource use.
Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork among staff.
Perform and oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repairs.
Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance.
Assist in budget preparation and cost control for maintenance operations.
Respond to on-call emergencies to ensure resident safety and satisfaction.
Ensure maintenance work complies with building codes and safety regulations.
