Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for Aura Fairways, a luxury 300+ unit property at 801 I-30, Mesquite, TX. You will manage day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, carpentry, HVAC, electrical work, and coordination with residents and the management team. You will mentor staff, monitor safety, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in property management or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local/state/federal regulations.
• Maintain safety and risk management practices and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Mentor maintenance team and support property manager in operations.
