Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Grounds Specialist to maintain the property's grounds, common areas, and amenities, and to support the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with general maintenance and repairs.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of general labor experience, a high school diploma, and a preferred Certified Pool Operator (CPO) credential. Must lift up to 50 lbs and be available for over 40 hours as needed. Join a team that values hands-on ownership and resident-focused service.

Qualifications

• One or more years of general labor experience; multifamily experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Walk property daily removing litter, debris and pet droppings from all areas.
• Remove trash and recyclables and maintain office trash areas as scheduled.
• Check and log pool levels daily; vacuum pools weekly.
• Assist with general maintenance and repairs for assigned property and facilities.
• Maintain grills and inspect timers/knobs to ensure safety.
