Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Grounds Specialist to maintain the property grounds, common areas and amenities. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with general maintenance and repairs.

You will walk the property, pick up litter, manage pool levels, clean grills, and assist with facility upkeep. Candidates with 1+ year general labor experience and a high school diploma are preferred; CPO certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of general labor experience preferred.
• Multifamily property experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use varied hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily, remove litter, debris and pet droppings.
• Remove trash and recyclables in the office and maintain trash areas.
• Check and log pool levels daily and vacuum pools weekly.
• Clean and assist with upkeep of facilities with general labor duties.
• Clean and maintain grills and inspect timers/knobs for safety.
