Qualifications

• Evidence of outbound sales success in B2B/B2C or similar roles.
• Ability to engage affluent homeowners and top agents.
• Strong discovery and communication skills and CRM discipline.
• Research-focused with disciplined pipeline management.
• Coachable with accountability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Identify luxury real estate opportunities through outbound outreach.
• Initiate conversations by phone, email, and other channels.
• Understand client goals, timing, and decision processes.
• Educate on Interluxe’s auction process and value proposition.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule consultations for senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate pipeline notes and follow-up in CRM.
