Job summary

Insideoutva is seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage inbound and outbound sales activities, qualify opportunities, and generate new business with luxury interior design firms. You will respond to warm leads, prepare estimates, and balance customer service with business development in a remote, international team.

The role requires strong English communication, experience with CRMs, and a proactive, relationship-driven approach to sales.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales activities.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral, professional speaking style.
Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working with CRMs and general computer applications.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity.
Basic math skills, including the ability to verify square footage calculations.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and qualify prospective customers.
Prepare and present project estimates and follow up to close sales opportunities.
Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to luxury interior design firms to establish relationships.
Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM and manage leads.
Review AI-generated estimates for accuracy and read basic floor plans to support estimates.
